Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length, four-pages papers, including figures and references, to the Redžúr Organizing Committee. Only full papers after peer-review process will be accepted and published in Redžúr Proceedings. Please note that the submission dates for papers are strict deadlines. Instructions for paper formatting are available in the Redžúr 2026 template. 

You should use A4 paper size for your Redžúr 2026 paper and prepare it according to the Redžúr 2026 paper sample. The paper follows the standards of an IEEE conference paper. More instructions on IEEE paper format, as well as the LaTeX template, can be found at IEEE Template for Conference Proceedings.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

After your paper is accepted, you will be asked to provide a poster for the poster session of the workshop. The poster should be produced in A1 size and contain high quality graphics for quality printed output. You can use the PPTX template to prepare the poster, which is provided below. If you intent to use your own graphics software, please insert the conference packshot in the upper righthand corner.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference or journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
  • Use of AI-based tools (i.e. for generation of text, imagery, graphs, etc.) is clearly stated in the Acknowledgment section. Usage of AI systems for editing, stylization and grammar enhancement is common practice and its disclosure is, therefore, not required, but recommended.
