Abstract

This paper presents a practical approach to integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into the educational process through a custom web application. The solution leverages LangChain to enable semantic search over both structured and unstructured educational content. The system is designed to provide educators with tools for uploading and managing materials, while allowing learners to receive accurate, context-aware answers generated by LLMs. We describe the use of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve response relevance and outline the implementation strategy, including the use of vector databases, prompt design, and user interface considerations.
